Get the Right Handrail

There are a number of choices when considering handrails, and compliant handrails should not be confused with balustrades.

A handrail does not have an infill panel between posts.

The most common materials used for handrails are either stainless steel or powder-coated aluminium.

To be compliant, your handrail must meet a range of situational requirements, which our team will assess during measurement.

Our handrails are generally custom-crafted to conform to the Australian standard AS 1228.

Stainless Steel Handrails

Our 50-millimetre tubes can be angled, curved and welded to posts or fixed to walls using handrail brackets.

Both polished (mirror finish) and brushed (satin finish) handrails are available.

Single Aluminium Handrail

Our 50-millimetre aluminium tubes can be angled, curved and welded to posts or fixed to walls using handrail brackets.

We offer a variety of powder coating colours from Dulux’s range.

Double Aluminium Handrail

Fifty-millimetre double handrails are ideal for environments with kids, older adults, and people with disabilities.

Like our single aluminium handrails, they can be powder-coated to match almost any existing aesthetic.
